Guess who’s the recent highest paid Hollywood Teen Star? Well, its not Dakota Fanning nor Lindsay Lohan. It’s Vanessa Hudgens!

Vanessa is one of the stars in the Disney Channel Film – Highschool Musical. The lead stars in this show turned out to shine at the Teen Choice awards on Sunday with their “Higschool Musical 2” winning a top honor for best TV movie. The Disney musical also won a special award for its recent smash debut on TV in front of an estimated 17 million viewers.

Well, what we (Filipinos) should be excited with this is that, Vanessa is a Fil-Am!

Its not surprising to see her do that though. That's showbiz. Don't believe all that you see these actors/actress do, they may just be playing their part. Look at some of the young actors/actress and the youngs (fans) are emulating them- from clothes, style to whatever they see from their "idols". I just hope that Fil-ams will still remain some of our Filipino culture. (just my thoughts).

I'm four months pregnant now and I'm thinking how will I make sure our son or daughter will not be as liberated like this teens here in USA. We always talked about bringing him/her back to Philippines before becoming a teen so we can make sure our good Filipino culture will be inherited.

Maybe im just worried freak..... I'm afraid of the influences here. Paul says I will be a very strict mom he sees that

Thank You Sir Jasman Were very blessed to have this baby while I'm waiting for my green card and not working. I told my husband to have only one so we will have more time with each other also. I understand your option for me having a baby is a big responsiblity thats what I feel.
