Hello to all June filers,

Is their anybody got their noa2 already? How's your paper guys? Heared from them or been touched lately? ..Im just curious...We still dont get anything or not heared them yet!!! Thanks and Godbless to all of us!

Yes we are in the same situation as you guys. Still no anything from them, not even a touch. We are the filers on 17th June, and were told to wait on the NOV2 till the end of October too. I guess what we can do now is just to wait......

My NOA1 date is the same day as yours. No touches since June. I try not to look at the USCIS site as the date does not change and it is to frustrating. I am leaving for the Philippines this Friday to spend some time with my fiancee and try to put the Visa slowness out of my mind. We were hoping for Christmas to be all done with this, but Feb or March seems more realistic.

Since we can not control it, I guess it makes no sense to get upset about it. Good things will happen in time, I hope.

Our Timeline:

May 30, 2007 - Mailed K1 Application Packet to NSC

Transfered to CSC at some point

June 14, 2007 - Received NOA1 from CSC

June 18, 2007 - Check Clears

June 19, 2007 - Touch

November 2, 2007 Touch and NOA2 Approved

November 4, 2007 Touch

November 16, 2007, Arrives at NVC

November 19, 2007, Shipped to Manila

November 21, Received Letter from NVC

December 20th, Paid Delbros Doc Verification at Metrobank

December 27th - Medical - Completed and Okay

December 28th - CFO - Complete

January 7th. 2008 - INTERVIEW - APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

March 7th. 2008 - Receive VISA

March 20th. 2008 - Get CFO Stamp

March 21st. 2008 - Leave for Michigan from Manila, POE Detroit

April 1st. 2008, Married!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey John, my name is John also and I live in NM, if it makes u feel any better, I filed my stuff and received an NOA1 in April of this year and I did my biometrics in July but still havent heard anything back yet....still playing the waiting game...

06/12/07----sending The package to NSC

06/15/07---- Received at NSC

06/25/07---- TOUCHED

07/02/07---- TOUCHED and it conformed they received my Mail on 06/25/07 at CSC!

07/20/07---- TOUCHED and a lady said it still Pending..

08/06/07---- TOUCHED

08/29/07 OMG I am just keep TOUCHING... :lol:

09/26/07 TOUCHED CSC ... Nothing yet :(

09/28/07 sending a fax to congressman at 00:06 A.M.

10/31/07 JUST Called CSC TODAY, my Case Is under Officer reviewing... RIGHT ONNNNNN

11/05/07 RFE!!!! AFTER ABOUT 4 MONTH RFE? WHAT FOR? WHY SO LATE? #######

11/26/07 Approved WooHooo

11/30/07 NO2 hardcopy has been received yo yo

12/10/07 Transferred to NVC as of today 12/17/07. NVC telephone line is a hack of busy!

12/14/07 NV received the case

12/18/07 called and conformed the nvc case number and case have been send to ankara u.s. embassy

01/17/08 Received Appointment Letter Damn slow while they send it thro USPS

02/10/09 Approval Letter. ouiiiiii

02/20/09 Recived The Permanent Resident card

My NOA 1 approval date was 6/20 and I am still waiting!!! Haven't been touched, according to the site, since 6/24. Visa jourbey timeline says October 3rd as my date, but who knows. That keeps changing too!!! Does anyone know the average time it takes to get the Visa after the NOA2 approval?

We got our NOA1 on June 22nd and the case was last touched on June 26th.. I am hopeful that we are going to be approved within the next 3-4 weeks though :D

Steph, I think it takes roughly 2 months from NOA2 to visa in hand.

I think around 3 months. About 3 or so weeks to get from NVC and then a couple of months at the embassy.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

May 31, 2007 - Mailed I-129F to Nebraska

Oct. 22, 2007 - NOA2 Hard Copy received!! No email/website update.

Nov. 16, 2007 - Paperwork found & received by NVC!

Jan. 7, 2008 - Finally got the interview date

Jan. 28, 2008 - Interview!! Approved!!!

Feb. 12, 2008 - Arrives in USA!!!

Feb. 18, 2008 - Wedding Day!!!!!!

Feb. 19, 2008 - Apply for SSN

AOS Timeline:

Mar. 12, 2008 - Packet mailed (AOS, EAD, & AP)

Mar. 12, 2008 - Husband's SSN arrives

Mar. 14, 2008 - AOS pkt was delivered at 7:52 AM & signed for by V BUSTAMANTE.

Mar. 18, 2008 - Check cashed!!

Mar. 21, 2008 - NOA's for AOS, EAD & I-131!! (Dated 3-18-08)

Mar. 31, 2008 - Can finally see AP & EAD online!!

Apr. 10, 2008 - Biometrics finished! Can finally see AOS online & EAD touch!

May 12, 2008 - Email: AP approved!!

May 14, 2008 - Email: EAD approved!!

May 16, 2008 - EAD card & AP in hand!!

Sept 19, 2008 - Interview letter - Oct. 24th - Seattle??

Oct. 21, 2008 - A Touch..WOW!! The interviewer must've put it on his/her desk!

Oct. 24, 2008 - Interview..now back to waiting!

Nov 13, 2008 - Approved! Card Production Ordered...finally!!

Nov 24, 2008 - Card arrives!!!!
