Best wishes to you. It is good you posted your story, because maybe some day it will help someone else who may find themselves in a similar situation.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

ITS OVER!!!!! Showed up to court, waited 20 minutes, went in to see the judge and walked out 5 minutes (if that) later. My ex-wife failed to appear, probably because she didnt want to have to face the possibility of a perjury charge. Anyhow, it was totally dismissed with a warning to my ex-wife that if she interfered with me and my fiancee again that I had the right to submit a criminal complaint and another warning to my ex-wife that if she wasted the court's or the local police's time again she would be found in contempt.

Anyhow, my honey is coming to the US on the 17th so life is good.

Congrats on that judgement! and best wishes for the 17th.

One thing, Im sure you have thought of this but keep all the court stuff in a nice safe place easily accessible. Your ex-wife sounds like she could try to make problems with immigration as well and at least if she did call them you could have the proof at hand that it is vindictive and not based on fact.

Enjoy your life with your new wife and just feel sorry and pity your ex. I hate manipulative people.
