I got en email from the BA embassy today

:dance:we are scheduled to have our interview THIS THURSDAY!!!

I'm nervous but definitely excited and happy to be at this point of your journey,

we can't wait to put this distance nonsense behind us and start writting a new chapter in our story

(JVK would like to add the following statement "yay!"...he's on the microphone as I write this :P)

Thanks to all those who have helped us through this point...you guys are the best!!!

I remember how lost we were at the beginning, trying to figure out how to do all this visa thing...and along came VJ!

we can honestly say that this site was our main resource for information...and we didn't do bad at all ;) hehehe

Saludos!

Wow! That was fast! Good luck

It's true, we were approved without RFEs...but no sooner than those that applied around the same time we did

There is a common misconception around the forum that the NOA1 date is the priority date...when actually the priority date is the day you send the application (it says so in the NOA2 hardcopy under "priority date"). In our case, if you perform a timeline search, you'll see that the people that sent their applications from 2007-03-21 to 2007-03-30, got approved around the same time we did and sometimes even before us ;)

We are lucky that the BA embassy is fast and very helpfull...hope they are nice interviewers too

You know Caro, it is going to go just fine, and you will be getting the visa.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
