Good God, that's four and a half months from your NOA1!

I read somewhere that they had a goal of processing and adjudicating I-129f's within 30 days..not 130 days

Does anyone know if Summer 2006, 2005 etc also had these slow downs, but the pace picked up once September came around and summer came to an end?

I don't trust anything the USCIS says. Speed up? Not even close. They are the perfect model of inefficiency.

Never these slow downs since 911....you think????

This is not the right season to fall in love......or to file K-1 or K-3....

mossycouple,

may I ask you why are you in the AOS instead of the K1? I see in your profile File for AOS. Seems that you have just started the journey.

And the adjucation (did i spell it correctly?) is based on statistics, you would see it moving normally when you see your profile.

Never these slow downs since 911....you think????

I think the slow downs are a combination of a very high number of H1B applications in April plus a lot of people filing to beat the fee increase at the end of July. I believe they move people around to wherever the greatest backlog is so there may have been fewer people working on family visa's for a while. The projected figure is based on the figures filled in on the timelines so the date is extending because approvals are taking longer at the moment.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment
