The arresting officer is clearly an agent of the rainbow coalition trying to tear down the resistance put up by the party of the righteous. This just shows that these gays clearly don't have morals and that they don't stop at anything. It's an outrage that yet another fine member of the righteous movement is being smeared in such an obvious fashion.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

I was just reading the latest on this on MSN and i think there is a lot more to this story than is being reported. The MSN story stated:

Sgt. Dave Karsnia made the arrest after an encounter in which he was seated in a stall next to a stall occupied by Craig. Karsnia described Craig tapping his foot, which Karsnia said he "recognized as a signal used by persons wishing to engage in lewd conduct."

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20467347/

Arrested for toe tapping in the sh*tter? #######! Who knew that tapping your toes in the sh*tter is a secret gay code for wanting some strange lovin'?

What other secret codes are out there that can get a man arrested in the toilet? Can you be arrested for coughing, clearing your throat, or farting loudly in a public restroom too? This is all very bizarre.

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

You know, I thought the same thing. I sure wasn't aware that tapping toes in the box is some kind of a mating call. That said, if I was arrested on that "offense", I don't think I'd be pleading guilty.

peejay,

come on now. i am sure you are well versed in the man-rules of public restrooms. summarized: absolutely no kind of contact or communication. so, hanging aound leisurely tapping your foot and handing out your business card (which is stated in the article that he did) is a big no no. just do your bizness and get out. farting is permitted.

i was reading an SF Article regarding this story. Here is the good part (bolding is mine):

The police report gives this account of the arrest:

The undercover officer was monitoring the restroom at noon June 11. A few minutes later, Craig entered and sat in the stall next to him. Craig began tapping his right foot, touched his right foot to the left foot of the officer in the stall next to him and brushed his hand beneath the partition between them. He was then arrested.

That was no idle tapping of foot going there.

That 'splains it! The creep should have been arrested. It makes the public restrooms safe for the rest of us that aren't into that monkey bizness. I hope he gets kicked out of the Senate too.

Several years ago I was jogging at Memorial Park in Houston and went into the tennis center restroom to piss. There was a urinal on the wall next to the sit down toilet enclosure. As I was washing my hands before leaving I saw an eyeball looking at me from a hole drilled in the toilet enclosure. There was a creep in there pretending to take a dump while watching unsuspecting guys piss at the urinal through the hole. I cursed at this creep and kicked the toilet stall several times. What a jerk! Looking back on it I should have called the cops on the pervert, but I got the hell out of there and went home. It really wigged me out.

No wonder cops have to hang out in public restrooms to combat this lunacy. Sad but true! And disgusting too.

Only if you want to marry another man to get it. Hanging out in public restrooms makes it more exciting.

These sick Conservative Republican bastards. I love it though, a bit too much. I would love to have a tape of him yelling in the House, "these fagggs, we can't let these fags get married. That is sick. Way too sick. NO WAYYYYYY!!!"
