I am making this nice dinner for my husband… so I am preparing lasagna… and I am making it since YESTERDAY!! So today I finish it, and at least I try the mozzarella cheese… but to me it takes kind of weird. I bought the brand Biazzo… somebody help meee… should I go and buy another cheese before my husband comes???

Oh, by the way this is my first lasagna ever… hehhe

If the package is sealed and the cheese is not expired, just use that. Mozzarella tastes better melted, like most cheese.

haha.. i hope guys!! my husband really doent enjoy my cooking skills very much... he prefers pizza and fried chicken... so i hopeee he loves this... i really work hard on this one!

Personally I think the thought and effort makes anything taste 10x better. Good luck with the meal. I'm sure it will be great.

Hmmmm, I don't know. Mozzarella is extremely mild, so if it tastes weird, I would say there's something not right. It's not worth an upset stomach - I'd go buy some more.
