I-864,864A and a change of address

A few quick questions that I'm sure somebody will be able to answer for us.

My wife (USC) and I are moving back to the US, we have sent the I-130 to the embassy (see sig for that fiasco - lol and are getting ready for the next step, so have started to fill out the I-864.

As Andrea is not working we require a joint sponsor, which will be her father. On the I-130 we have stated that we will initially live at her parents, although that may change if I get a job in the meantime.

So the questions are these

1) If we initially live with her parents, which co-sponsor form does her father fill out (I-864 or I-864A)

2) If I get a job during the application process, should we tell the embassy at the interview, or should we just keep our mouths shut to keep things simple.

3) If the address does change (i.e. we are living alone and NOT with her parents) does the form her father fills out change.

Hello. The I-864s should be based on the current situation. Currently, she is not a part of her father's household. So, she fills out the I-864 as the sponsor and he fills out a second I-864 as the joint sponsor.

It's fine if you get a job pending visa. It can be mentioned at the interview if you're asked about it or something related to it, but in general just answer the questions as they're asked. If you get a job before you fill out the DS-230, there's a spot to say what you'll be doing for work in the US.

In your third question, are you asking about your address changing after you move to America? If so, you just fill out the AR-11 form to notify them of your new address. That would work even if you don't end up initially staying with her parents.
