Wifes appointment was 8:30:

She arrived @ 5:00 am and there were allready lines. Though the I130 line was much shorter.

6:45 am they called for the 8:30am interveiws. She went in and took a number and waited for it to be called.

8:00am number was called. She went before a lady that did a pre-screening.

Now waited 30 minutes outside door while another interveiw was finished.

A man about 50ish motioned her inside and was smiling.

The questions were very pointed to see how much she really knew about me as a person.

Met Roxan online Yahoo chat December 2003 (Never dreamed of going to asia. LOL)

March 2004 Called Immigration to find out what was involved in traveling to the philippines.

March 2004 applied for passport.

August 16 2004 traveled to Cebu and met Roxan; We spent a few days there and bonded; then traveled to Tacloban to meet the Family.

Dec 31 2005 Traveled to Manila and met Roxan.

Jan 2 2006 went to Embassy in Manila and got paper for marrage.

Jan 3 2006Traveled to Tacloban and went to Tulosa City hall and got marrage Certificate.

Went to McArthur Park and resort and checked in.

Jan 12 2006 Made Roxan my wife! Wedding at McArthur Park and Resort By Tulosa Mayor.

Returned and started looking for an attorney. Found 1.

May 27 2006 Returned to Manila to be with my wife for 3 nites and 2 days. Had her sign I130 and I 129F papers (I thought it was worth it)

Went to Attorney with everything he thought I would need. He wanted more, LOL.

BIG BIG BIG stall; waiting on marrage to be posted to National Registry in Philippines.

December 2006 Finally everything together!

December 12 2006 Filed I130

Jan 10 2007 got receipt and case number!

Jan 12 2007 sent 129F

Feb 6 notice they were moving the file to a faster service center.

Feb 26 Notice of I130 approval

Feb 28 2007 notice they were sending 129F to USCIS for further investigation (err #######?)

May 15 2007 notice of approval of 129F with processing dates of 05/15/2007 thru 09/14/2007

May 28 2007 Notice from attorney that NVC needed processed and money orders were needed.

June 4 2007 Traveled to Manila to spend 2 weeks with my wife!! (YeHaaaa!!)

Fed-xed her signed papers (For NVC) from Manila to attorney from Manila while on vacation

June 18 2007 Nvc approved support.

June 29 2007 packet arrived @ my home informing of interveiw for I130 on Aug 27 2007 and explaining Medical interveiw.

(Note wife never received packet for I130 in Philippines I fed-ex'ed mine to her for medical interveiw)

July 17 2007 packet arrived for 129F setting interveiw for Sept 5 2007

August 5 2007 Wife flew to Manila for medical interveiw on August 6.

August 26 wife flew to Manila for I130 interveiw on August 27 2007.

August 27 2007 12:31 pm I130 Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
