In about how many days does my wife should get her interview after NVC Okays DS-230? What would they ask her?

I will send all the documentation that goes with the DS-230, to NVC as soon as I get all the paperwork from my wife back in Nicaragua. After NVC receives this paperwork in about how many days, will they send the package to Managua Embassy? Will it be a good idea to be there at my wife’s interview date?

Many have said that I should be there at my wife’s interview. What do you people think? On my part, I would like to be there but I have to make the dough to support the whole deal, but if that helps I would have to try to be there by her side.

Can't help you with interview as different embassies have different schedules.

AS far as you being at the interview to me it's a definite plus even tho not required.

Not only helps your lady relax but helps show more evidence of a bonafide relationship.

I know a few guys who kick themselves in the butte for not being there after the fact of being denied.

A Lot depends on how much evidence you have showing a bonafide marriage .

If you have made a few documented trips to see her and have lots other supporting evidence such as communication records, money receipts, life insurance, joint accounts etc.

"Most" scammers don't spend a lot on extra trips unless they got paid bigtime by a rich relative of the beneficiary.

Your job is to do better than the scammers.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
