Timeline

I am a b2 overstay married to a usc. I received my ead and applied for my social seciruty#. Can i register in schoolas a us resident and also wouldnt it be a problem when I go for my aos interviews? i really need to get into school as soon as posible.

Fill in your timeline so we know which stage your at.

At this stage you are not a US resident until you are approved for the greencard. You can register in Schools, check with the school for your situation Im sure they have come across this problem. Your status is Adjustment of status pending.
