My stepdaughter has her AOS on the 8th of Feb in San Jose. Strange her appointment came before her Mothers though every thing was submitted at the same time. Any way I posted on the old sight and someone sent me a link to the exceptions for medical exams. I have my daughters immunizations but want to print the exemptions and take with us as she got a physical last June and her I-485 was submitted in Oct.

Physical should still be good. I can't find the exceptions now swimming through the USCIS web site.

Sorry, but not sure where you will find that information.

Its really hard to find any information about guidelines for K-2.

We havent got to the AOS interview yet for my son. I will be interested to know what you do find out thou.

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

If it has been less than one year from the date of the K-2 Visa physical exam at the time you submit your AOS application, then another medical exam is not necessary. You will, however, require a Vaccination Supplement, prepared by a Civil Surgeon in your area. Call around and find one that will do just the Supplement, without requiring another medical exam. Some try to insist that both the medical exam and the Supplement must be done. We found one that would do just the Supplement for my daughter and he charged us $35.00. Prices vary greatly, so call around to find the best deal.
