Hi Fellow Journeyers, I've always found helpfull tips and insight on this site and I'm sure there will be some tip, suggestion, opinion

that will help with my situation in this phase of our journey.

Ev arrived to the US on April 11/07 on a K1 Visa, we got married on 5/12/07 within the 90 days requirement

on May 21 we mailed out the AOS,EAD and AP knowing that I had a trip coming up on 9/10/07 to Europe and wanted my wife

to travel with me heck company trip all expenses included including wifes fare,,, well you get the picture.

NOA1 on 6/1/07 mid June we get the Biometric appointment for AOS and EAD for June 30th.

After the biometric was done we have gotten only one touch on 7/2/2007 for the AOS and EAD but nothing on the AP since

6/6/2007. With 2 weeks to go before the trip I,m starting to worry the AP doc might not come on time to go on the trip,,, darn

Is it time for a letter to my rep? Infopass?? and how do I get one of those? help!!!

Thanks

For getting an Infopass appointment just go to USCIS web page, (www.uscis.gov) and in the left hand corner at the middle of the screen you found the infopass link. Make sure you read the instruccions, it is very easy. I hope you can make it for the trip.
