Expedite Application for Approval Notice Duplicate (I-824)???

Hi,

we applied for a approval notice (I-797) duplicate, with the I-824 Form, at the California Service Center and I would like to expedite the process since I applied for adjustment of status and employment authorization before and they send me a Request for Initial Evidence. This Request for Initial Evidence states that the Original Approval Notice has to be submitted within 49 days (from today), otherwise my Application for Adjustment of Status will be denied. I tried to send a fax to the California Service Center to enter an expedition request but the fax number I received from the USCIS hotline was incorrect.

Does anybody have an up to date USCIS California Service Center Fax Number?

I have not received a receipt number yet and someone from the hotline told me this can take up to 90 days. But that would mean that my applications are automatically denied.

What happens if my applications are denied?

Any (other) help is appreciated (as well) !!!
