We had our interview this morning. I think we are approved! When we asked the officer if we were approved, she just said that she has to look over the file one more time, but according to her she has everything she needs from us, so we should be approved. She explained the lifting of conditions, and that my hubby can't leave on AP cause it won't be valid now. But no matter how hard we tried to get her to say "you are approved" she didn't officially say it.

Our interview was about 35 minutes, she took all of the evidence we brought with us, all bills, bank statements, health insurance, life insurance stuff, she kept it all. We also gave her some pic's we had prepared for her to keep. When we asked if she wanted to see the albums we brought, she said "it looks like we are running out of time", I guess it was almost lunch time. :)

I asked her if she keeps the EAD or AP, and she said we can keep it, and just asked we promise to shred it when the GC comes.

When asked about the I-551 stamp, she said its not given out. That in case something does come up, emergency only, that we can come back to get the stamp then. She warned not to come back saying we want to travel for a wedding or new years celebration.

She was a nice pleasant lady, so now we are just waiting for the GC to arrive. :)

That's GOOD NEWS!!!!

I went in to an infopass in October, and the officer told me "In 20-30 days you will get an EAD approval and Interview Notice" it was pretty much a full 30 days and I received it just as he said.

Same situation as yours, he said my FBI passed. So keep checking online and the mail, I'm thinking you will get good news here soon.
