Hello everyone,

CONGRATS to Sonshyne and LovinJA!!! I cant believe that you guys are here. I remember when we were all going through the embassy stuff together. I only wish that we were still on the same timeline but, we are STILL waiting for some kind of news about the AOS. We did get our EAD but no news for a month now.

Question: I called USCIS last Friday with my husband on a three way and the woman we got said that if I went on line (I did) and checked the processing times I would see that we have to wait six months for our greencard and seven months before we could call again. It has been 90 days since we received our NOA's. Should I schedule and Infopass appointment or just hang in there and wait?? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Thanks Ricardo :thumbs:

Congrats on your EAD :dance:

I hope that you here something from USCIS soon (F)(F)

We were so relieved when the green card came in the mail yesterday.... Although we had our interview on the 27th of Sept., we couldn't totally relax until green card was in hand! It took a month and 5 days to get it!!

Good luck to everyone still waiting.... May you get an update in your mailbox today! :thumbs::thumbs:

CONGRATS :dance::dance:

Conrgratulations Chris and Amanda. Well that should solve the all DL issue right? Hopefully you'll receive the GC very soon. And if they are still acting like idiots don't hesitate to try an other county.

Congratulations to everyone else who got approved.

BostonParis: yes I'll keep you updated, but I think I'm going to have to be very patient. My parents are asking me when we're coming to visit them in France <_< it's hard to give them an answer when waiting for a GC (we didn't apply for AP to save some money).

At least I know where my case is right now: getting dusty at NCS :P.

Has anyone had any issues with delivery of their greencard or SS card if the name is not on their mail box?

Yes, my wife's SS card was not delivered because her name was not listed as an occupant at my address.

I have often read here that the green card is not delivered due to lack of name on the mailbox. I would recommend putting the name on the mailbox immediately!
