We had our interview today and no problems. It took about 10 minutes. He first asked for my wifes ID, she gave him her passport and drivers license, he then asked for my ID and I gave him my passport. The guy looked through all our papers we submitted with the AOS application, asked our baby's name, he asked about the baby's birth certificate but the baby was only born 4 weeks ago so all we had was the certificate the hospital issues. He made a copy of it and said to my wife she is approved and she should receive her greencard in about 3 weeks. When we got home i checked online and it said:

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On October 30, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

We are finished for 21 months
