Good luck Miles, I am sure you will be fine, dont forget to take as much evidence as you can, the more the better, sometimes they don't look at half the stuff you take, but always be prepared!!!

I am sure we will all be sending you Congrats in two and a half weeks time!!

Hi everybody. We haven't been around lately and I apologize if I'm not caught up on current events with everyone. We need some advice. It's been 3 months and we still aren't able to track Sheryl's AOS application. We do of course have the receipt notice but we are starting to get a little worried that it shows no record of our case either online or the USCIS phone system. Help...... :blink:

It took sometime before I was able to have mine show up online...that was after I had biometrics and an RFE. You could always make an Infopass appt.

Hmm. Ok I guess we'll try infopass. We haven't gotten any RFE or an appoinment date either.

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

Dean iWait, I applied just a bit after you. I can see my I-130 online (since 08/07 no change since) and I can't see the I-485. Check what the usual processing time is at your local office and act accordingly.

Congratulations to BostonParis and everyone else I can't remember the name of for you GC!

Good luck to those with an upcoming interview. I guess I should update the list... Anyone else has time to take care of it as well? I'm not online very often those days.

got interview letter yesterday 10-25-2007 scheduled on December 6. Im excited and a bit nervous about it!!! YAY!!

Can someone help me with our interview appointment. We received our interview letter appointment yesterday and it is on December 6 at 12:30 AM? I dont know if its really AM or PM...should we call USCIS or DHS?

That must have been a typo or something. Call USCIS and ask to be transfered to your local office (not sure if it can be done or not) but explain the situation and tell them that you want to make sure you go to the right hour.

I got my EAD card!!! I actually danced around for like 30 mins b/c I was so excited. My husband gave me a couple of weird looks because I just couldn't sit down.

Now, I'm waiting for an interview date. Whoo HOO!!!!

10/6/06 -- Got Married!!

7/15/07 -- Sent I130, I485, I765

7/17/07 -- Applications ALL received by USCIS

8/8/07 -- Notice on website saying my notices were sent back as undeliverable

8/11/07 -- Assigned date for biometrics but MISSED it (oh noo)

8/17/07 -- Walked in and was allowed to take biometric (whew!)

8/24/07 -- Lawyer gives me notices for RFE

10/01/07 -- USCIS received RFE. Cases resumed

10/09/07 -- EAD Approval email (YAYYYYYYYYYY!!!)

10/11/07 -- EAD Card Production Ordered (Double YAY)

10/16/07 -- EAD Card Mailed

10/22/07 -- EAD Card ARRIVED!!! SO ECSTATIC!!!

10/29/07 -- Soc Sec. Card issued

1/14/2008 -- INTERVIEW APPROVED!!!!!!
