yeah i hope for the final invitation to an interview so i can can calm my nerves or at least a transfer ... btw they email you if there is a transfer correct??? how about when they send appt notice did you guys get any emails about that??? im going mad (slowly but surely!!!)

We recieved our interview notice in the mail yesterday but never recieved a email saying it was sent out. Our I-485/I-130 haven't been touched since July when we first filed. lol

I didn't receive an email regarding the Interview, my Interview letter came straight from our local office rather than Missouri.

Don't worry be a little more patient and you will receive your's soon.

Bloom, could you tell me when your package was received in Chicago? And can you check if your information are correct? It said that you filed on July 18th but your time line says on the 20th...

As for me still no news from the EAD. I'm getting impatient, although I know it's still in the normal time lines. Is there many people from early July who are still waiting to hear from it?

Well people.... we have our interview tomorrow!!!! I am so glad to see that everyone has been getting their EAD's. We didn't go that route.... thinking the AOS would come through around the same time..... I hope that was a good decision, my husband is dying to go back to work.... Luckily, they are holding his job for him, and he has been keeping them updated with our progress..... Praying tomorrow he can call them and tell them to get the paperwork started!

We are so excited! Not really nervous. Just praying we have already made it through name check!!!!! I just want this to be over (at least for a year and a half). I'll be sure to check in tomorrow with the outcome.

a friend alerted me to this thread so i figured i'd post my filing times.

filed the whole packet (adjustment of status, support docs, advance travel/work docs, etc): july 26

received in chicago: july 28

whole packet returned to us (supposedly we didn't adhere to the new fee schedule, though our packet was received before fees were raised): sept 4

sent out again: sept 7

no word yet on any part of it, but i'm not really up on all the internet counters and stuff.
