I have a silly question, if they send you an RFE, could you tell online? Or only when you get it on the mailbox? :unsure:

Well considering the fact that there is barely any updates done online lately I would say you should only count on the mailbox. But if they do have time to update: yes it can show online too.

08.2006: Entered with a B-2 visa.

07.06.07: Civil Wedding

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!

11.08.08: Big family wedding

09.18.09-10.03.09: First trip to France with Hubby

I-751

04.19.10: Package sent to Vermont

04.21.10: Delivered in Vermont

04.22.10: NOA date

04.23.10: Check cashed

05.17.10: Received biometrics appointment letter

06.07.10: Biometrics Appointment

Hiya all....back from the honeymoon so now I am just catching up.

While we were gone Chris got his NOA1 for the EAD, AOS, and AP....FINALLY.

I also got copies of my tax transcripts to re-send the information for my RFE. So that will go out tomorrow!

Hope everyone is well, looking forward to reading the updated timelines and cases!

Recieved email stating they sent out EAD card today and should recieve in 30 days. :dance: Still not sure why I-130/I-485 haven't been "touched" since 7-17-07...now just hoping for interview date to come soon!

Can someone tell me how easy/hard it will be for my husband to get a SS# once his EAD arrives?

Mandysbaby I obtained my SSN when I first came on a J1 (which allows you to work) and it wad pretty easy. I had to show my passeport and the papers from the J1 saying that I can work (you can show your EAD).

I would say in case bring everything that USCIS sent you+ passeport so you don't have problems (check on their website if they require anything else).

Show up and then you should received the SScard within one to 3 weeks. As long as you have the right papers it's pretty easy.

Recieved email stating they sent out EAD card today and should recieve in 30 days. :dance: Still not sure why I-130/I-485 haven't been "touched" since 7-17-07...now just hoping for interview date to come soon!

Can someone tell me how easy/hard it will be for my husband to get a SS# once his EAD arrives?

I got my SSC the a shortly after I got here on a K-1 Visa. We weren't even married yet and they issued me one. Right now it says only valid with authorisation on it, but as soon as I get my EAD I can go back there and they send me a new one, and I keep the same SSN. With that I could for example open a bank account. They should give him one right away.

My husband's update is no touches since 7/30 for AOS and EAD, but the other day we got our interview letter for Oct 17 in Garden City, NY. The notice date was 9/4. We were never able to access the AP on the wbsite but yesterday I was for the first time and it said that AP was granted 9/10 and sent out in the mail.

received "Welcome to the United States of America I-797 11/05/07!(dated 10/30/07)!

Permanent Resident card received 11/05/07 (dated 10/31/07)! THank u LorD!

Will file for 10 year GC End of July/Early August 2009!

Removal of Conditions:

Mailed I-751 overnight mail to Vermont Service Center 09/10/09

VSC received the I-751 Packet 09/11/09 About 12 pm Local time

My husband received three e-mails about the EAD card production being ordered. The first e-mail said the card was ordered on September 6, but the second and third e-mails said the card was ordered on September 11. Is this a problem? Or should I wait and see if we get two or three cards in the mail before making an Infopass appointment?
