One other question, those of you who can check your case status online, did you status change when your biometeric appointment letters were sent or was there only a touch.

The day after my Biometrics Appointment which was Aug. 16th my online status was updated/touched om the 17th. It hasn't changed since.

Of COURSE it'll be a good thing - I think it's great! I was hoping to come on here after a week away and see a whole bunch of "CSC Transfer" dates going down that line. 'T'was not to be, alas! But, at least everyone seems to be progressing steadily.

I check my portfolio every day, and nothing's been touched since they received my RFE, and since they received the EAD. So, I think the next time they touch the EAD - it will be approved! High hopes, baby!! High hopes! Only 30 more days...

I had a touch the day they put my files online (August 7th), and that was only the I-130 & the I-765. Nothing since and the I-485 is still not up there. Who cares, I have my NOAs, I had my biometrics and if they need something they'll send it by mail. Of course it would be nice to see some movement on the website, but I doubt they have much time to work on it.

To be honest I'd rather think that they are working on the papers themselves instead of taking the time to update the news, to me that's not as important.

08.2006: Entered with a B-2 visa.

07.06.07: Civil Wedding

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!

11.08.08: Big family wedding

09.18.09-10.03.09: First trip to France with Hubby

For the June filers, CSC transfers seemed to fill in after the interviews filled in. It still worked out to about half transfered, half interviewed. For my husband, he didn't get transfered til a month after his biometrics! So hopefully you guys will see some more CSC transfers soon. :)

Patiently_waitin..., Did you reply to the thread with your information? There was probably a week or so where no updates were made. I just got my notice for interview for November 21st. The notice date is August 28th. Finally heard something after so long. I still can't check my status online though. Hope that the rest of the july filers will start getting their interview notices soon

Well no CSC transfer here. :crying: But the good news is no RFEs yet and we got our interview notice today!!! :thumbs: Our interview is set for October 25th.

Question.....in the interview notice its asking us to bring copies of all of the same documentation (tax returns, W-2's, affidavit of support, I-693A, etc.) that we submitted with our application. For anyone that has already had an interview...did you really have to submit all those requirements again? What happens to all the freakin papers we sent in with our application? Did they eat them for lunch??? :lol: I am all for being checked out for legitimacy, but this is ridiculous!!!! Please tell me its just a standard form and you only have to make sure you have already submitted the items in that long list or bring them with you if you did not previously do so. I just can't imagine that they really want another copy of everything.

07/13/2007 - Received NOA1 letters for I-130, I-485 and I-765 in the mail

07/14/2007 - Received Biometrics appointment letter in the mail

07/31/2007 - Biometrics appointment in Alexandria, VA

07/31/2007 - I-485 and I-765 touched

09/06/2007 - I-765 touched

09/06/2007 - EAD card production ordered

09/11/2007 - Received two more e-mails stating EAD card production ordered on this date. Huh?!?

03/24/2008 - Received interview appointment letter in the mail

05/13/2008 - Interview appointment in Fairfax, VA

05/13/2008 - AOS APPROVED! Received stamp in passport

05/13/2008 - Card production ordered

05/22/2008 - Green card arrived in mail!

02/13/2010 - Will apply for removal of conditions of permanent residency
