Mark had his biometrics appt this morning at 11am. We got a later start then we wanted since my son is sick and no one could watch him...but we got there 10 minutes before his appt. Was fairly easy to find (parking cost us $5) as well. After checking in he had a form to fill out and was called back (with 2 other people) within 3-5 minutes if that. He was back there for barely 15 minutes. The only bad thing about this "visit" was that my son got sick while we were waiting for Mark to get back but the security guy was very friendly and without even having to ask he told me where the bathroom was. The best part was it's practically down the street from the big Indianapolis Zoo so we took ds for his first zoo trip!!

I would think it is normal, because I'm in the same case. I can see I-130 & I-765 but not the AOS.

As far as touched, when you're on the main page of your portfolio, you see each line for each form and there is a date when it was last updated, that's the "touch".

I see! I'm just hoping there's nothing wrong with the application or anything!

After a wait of 20 long days I got my ASC Appointment notice.

I have my biometrics appointment on the August 24.

I hv'nt got my NOA1 yet.

Could anybody please clarify if the application number on the ASC appnt notice starting with MSC.... is same as the case number in the NOA1?

Yes, the case number is the same as what you received on the NOA. Mine start with MSC as well.

Just put the number in online for search. (Though it'll take approximately a month for you to be able to check the status online from the day you got your NOA.)

Hello all...some news on our front!

No NOA letter but today we got our BIOMETRICS appointment letter. So I guess all is going as scheduled. Just a little backwards.

Other point of interest is that we are not scheduled for an appointment in Charlotte as I expected (considering I live in NC) But Atlanta.

One hour closer to us but disapointing as I could visit my God children in Charlotte. Oh well.

So anyone else been to the Atlanta one? Easy to find? Anyone had there appointment on a Saturday? I thought that was a bit weird?!

Hi everyone! got my biometeric appointment in the mail today 8-11-2007, im scheduled on 8-21 12 noon. Still no NOA for me. My service senter is MSC. how can i view my status online?

bloom go on www.uscis.gov and click on check your status online or whatever it's called. You can setup your account or just check the number. It might not be in that system yet though.

I know it is a bit unexpected! I knew how to get to the Charlotte office too! Not so sure about Atlanta. When I mapquested it, it came up weird!

I also thought it was strange that it was so close to yours! But at least it isn't during our honeymoon

Has anyone received any updated for their I 485 package if filed after July 24, 07. Has any personal check clear and/ or receive any NOA.

I known that USCIS was overloaded.

I known that patinece is supposed to be my middle name but would like to be able to trak my file online.

I sent out My package on 07-26-07 since then no news.

My time line....

12-1994 Came to USA as an Au Pair.

1995 We meet

01-1996 Became as anF1 student

1997 Became an item

12-27-01 Birth of my son

06-04-2004 Got married

07-19-2004 N 400 filed for husband

12-15-2004 Interwiev,Baltimore MD ( did not go well- We will be notify for final decision)

10-17-2006 Filed I130 for myself while waiting on N400 outcome.

02-27-07 Birth of my second son

06-30-2007 Oath letter received

07-04-2007 Hubby swears in at Annapolis MD.... At least

07-26-07 Overnight I 485 package to Chigago

07-27-07 Package was received and signed at 8: 38 pm

We sent ours out the 24th of July and they got it 26th of July... I have yet seen my check cashed, nor a notice of action which will very soon set her back a semester starting college studies due to the fact that we refuse to pay the crazy international student tuition. We are waiting patiently for that notice of action, which is her ticket to take on my residence and pay 1/3 the price per credit. Also, an interesting note... she filed her DS-230 II at the embassy stating that she wanted a social security number... and that step seemed to just dissapear... another one of our unknowns here? (Thats a topic for another forum tho! )

Keep us updated on when someone gets any contact back from USCIS!
