Thats odd that your case can be checked online already and ours isn't in the system yet. I can't even call the USCIS because they can't find us in the system. I know they have it because we got the printed NOA1's and the biometrics appointment letters but it is kind of bugging me that I can't check online.

well i have been reading the posts on here for quiet some time and i've learned that the last digit might be a bit off from the number on the back of the checks so i tried and it worked for me ... perhaps it will work for u too ... oh i just read that u have your NOA ... funny cuz i didnt get mine yet hahahaha ... now i wonder hhmmmm!

Hey everyone

Checks were cashed and finally got a letter saying my petition for I-130 has been received and got my receipt number. Does anyone know how long it takes to get into the system? I try putting in the number but i'm not in the system yet apparantly.Also,the notice i got was for the I-130,will i receive separate ones for each application- the I-485, EAD,and AP as well? And should i receive a letter for a biometrics appt soon?

Ah, I'm jealous. I was hoping we could send ours now too... but we're still waiting on getting my husband's tax return documents. We moved less than a month ago and it's hard to find everything we need. <_<

I want it send so we can enjoy our mini honeymoon next week...

As for the the times it takes to get in the system, it seems things are taking a lot longer than usual lately, maybe because they are getting a lot of extra application before the fees rise. You have your NOA, so there is no reason to worry, wait an other week or so, after all it's the letters you receive from them that matter the most.

08.2006: Entered with a B-2 visa.

07.06.07: Civil Wedding

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!

11.08.08: Big family wedding

09.18.09-10.03.09: First trip to France with Hubby

I-751

04.19.10: Package sent to Vermont

Angilla, you're too sweet for your own good. I'm glad you got to file in June because you had to go through enough hard stuff as it is. Plus that way we get to follow up on your case and it give us an idea on what to expect. ;)

bostonparis: he is going to go to H&R blocks to get it I think, less headache that way. Of course he just called and he has a lot of extra work... So I don't know how it's going to work out.

My brother's visiting and he wants to go to a baseball game tonight, so once again I won't spend my B-day evening with Colt. >.< Well at least for the first time since we started dating I got to see him on the day of my B-day... crazy life and crazy stupid papers. *sorry, I'm ranting*
