Hello. I noticed our NOA1 date is missing, It's 7/10/07 same as our received date. If somebody wants to update us that would be great.

Dean, I specifically took out your NOA1 date, waiting for you to reply to my post asking you for the actual NOA1 notice date from your NOA1. It would be highly unlikely that you have a receive and notice date or 7/10/07. Almost impossible. Please verify your actual NOA1 notice date again. Thanks.

Hello Sir Lancelot, Yes it's true. The dates are one in the same. We paid with cashiers checks. My signature confirm from USPS was 7/10/07 and when we got our hard copy NOA1 on the mail the receipt date was also 7/10/07. Worked that way for our I-129F too with which we also paid with a cashiers check.

We managed to get everything out last Saturday the 28th - so not sure if we will be July or August filers.

Did anyone else get their papers in on Saturday? I'm wondering why the check hasn't been cashed yet.

Dont worry about the check not being cashed. It took mine 12 days from them recieving the package to cashing the check.

It was sent from the National Service Center. The notice date is July 27th which is 3 days after our NOA date but the postmark is only of July 30th.

Take a look at people's timeline from your service center and check how long it took from their NOA to the biometrics...

Dean, I think you're still mis-understanding exactly what date we're using for this time line.

There are two dates on your I-797C Notice of Action (NAO1):

One is the "Received Date" and the other is "Notice Date". On my NOA1, I have:

Received Date: July 12, 2007

Notice Date: July 19, 2007

I am positive you will not have

Receive Date: July 10, 2007

Notice Date: July 10, 2007

We are recording the "Notice Date" for this timeline. Please go back to your NOA1 notice and check for the NOTICE DATE. Please report back what that date is. I suspect it's more like July 16 or July 17.

Na, it doesnt say anything about it being done, the only thing is that my NOA1 was dated 7/27 and it was last touched on 7/30.
