Our EAD is finally in the system! AOS is not.

We received an RFE for W2 etc. in the mail today. We'll get it out tomorrow. Hope it's the only one we get!

I overnighted the RFE letter back, along with the filled out Part 7 of the I-864. I also included a letter stating my confusion for the RFE, indicating my yearly salary,and enclosing an employment/salary verification from my employer. They should have it by noon 7/31. We called USCIS this morning to find out why we received the RFE, and the agent on the line couldn't tell us anything. He just said if we got the request, we had to fill it out..... so, they will have it tomorrow, along with a little extra. Hopefully we will have smooth sailing from here. :thumbs:

Good evening Friends,

We just got back from a day at the water slide park and I am pooped out! Good news is NOA1's for EAD and AOS were in todays mail.....YEAH!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance: The "Notice Date" for the NOA1 on the AOS is July 26th, so we are officially July filers. :thumbs: Please update us on the list when you get a chance. Thanks.

PS....Thanks SirLance for setting me straight on the RFE's. I just figured what's good for one was good for all in that situation, but I stand corrected. Who would believe the government would ever be uniform and standard for every applicant anyway. Joke! :lol:
