luz how did your biometrics appt go ... keep us posted ... i am getting so anxious ... my turn tomorrow!

Everything went quick and easy with my biometric today.. :dance: ..just a few people..everybody is nice and helpful.They only ask for Robin and mine passports, looked at our hands-whatever is that..,and make us fill up a form then do the fingerprints and picture taking.Done! 6 hours drive back and forth for a 30 minutes processing!

Then we looked our status online just now and we are in the system.I dont know if its because we just finished our Biometrics.

We have found a Filipino store next to the Biometric office and I am so happy to have some shopping and lunch treat! Gary just loved and enjoyed the Filipino food.

Don't worry,it is quick and easy,no sweat! :yes:

my checks has been cashed before i received NOA1 in the mail but of course the date on the NOA1 was before the checks has been cashed ... it kind of overlapped!

I agree with G&T, something is wrong with Dean's data. It's 99.9% unlikely that his NOA1 notice date is the same date as the RECEIVE date. People seem to be averaging 5 days from the receive date to the notice date.

Dean, can you please check your NOA1 notice and see what it says for the actual NOTICE DATE? I think it should be something later than 7/10/07. I suspect your NOA1 notice date should be 7/16/07 or 7/17/07. Please confirm.

I uscis got my forms on july 16th , are there any filers close to that time frame that have had their checks cashed? Mine havent been cashed as of today........just wondering...................thanks

I'm on the same timeline as you and so far no checks cashed either. According to people's signature the checks were cashed a few days after the NOA was issued in most cases... so it should be sometimes soon. I'll let you know when it happens for us.

My check finally showed up as being cleared today. My NOA1 date was 7/19, so I was getting REALLY worried. I certainly didn't want my check to bounce. :wacko:

Now I'm feeling much better. Just wish my MSC number would finally register into their system so I can check my status.

It's the biometrics appts for AOS and EAD that I'm concerned about now. Loads of people who filed and received NOA1's after our date have their Bio appts.

I'm starting to wonder if the kid next door decided to "play" postman and "deliver" my appt letter to another house? Any ideas on how to find out if the letter has been "misdirected"? I really don't want my application considered abandoned after all the work gathering papers!

It's the alpha numeric number which begins with MSC on your NOA1. You're most likely entering the correct number but that number hasn't been uploaded into the web system yet. My wife doesn't have her number in the web system yet either. :(

08/27/10 - Received NOA dated 8/23/10 with a Priority date of 8/18/10

09/07/10 - Received Biometric RFE dated 9/3/10 -- Fingerprint apt. schedule 10/1/10

10/01/10 - Fingerprint Appointment-- Completed

10/09/10 - Received Interview Appointment Letter dated 10/6/10 for scheduled interview on 11/09/10

11/09/10 - Interview Passed

11/18/10 - Oath Ceremony

Got they 10 year GC approval letter in the mail dated 01/08/10! yehey!
