We did not get our little USPS Return Receipt Notice in the mail yet and its driving me bananas. :crying: I am always afraid that ours will be the one packet that gets lost in the mail. On a good note, I did check the USPS website and entered the certified mail receipt number. That told me the packet was delivered on 7/18/07 to the Chicago PO Box. Does that count as "received" for purposes of the forum list dates? I guess that just means it was delivered to the box then, but not necessarily "received" by the USCIS. Hope we can get an NOA1 soon so I can rest a little easier.

if this helps my green return card said it was recieved on 29th yet once i got my NOA1 USCIS stated that they have received my papers on the 28th .... hmmmmm and to perhaps make you feel a bit better i was sure my package would be the one to get lost ... i think its common!

That certainly counts in my book. I didn't pay for any Return Receipt Notice. I simply used Delivery Confirmation. Rest assured your package made it to Chicago and you should be receiving your NOA1 soon.

Hi all,

I'm still pretty new with this forum, I've mostly been 'lurking' so far. I'd like to join in with the July filers as well, my husband and I sent our AOS package on July 16th and it was received the following day. So far we are still waiting for something to happen
