Question: Once you get the biometrics, does that rule out getting and RFE? Just curious....

Nope. We got a RFE after biometrics. :( But I wouldn't worry about it too much if I were you. Just go with it one day at a time. :) Congrats on your biometrics! The biometrics appointment is really painless.

We sent our AOS out at saturday 21st. Now let's see, if we will be a July or an august filer, but either way, I am glad it's out with the cheaper fees :) YAY

I am considering 7/25/07 as the cutoff date for our July list. Most likely some of the folks who send out their applicants today and tomorrow may have a NAO1 date in August--and if so, they'll move over to the August list--but for now I'll accept submissions sent on or before 7/25/07.

As you sent out yours on 7/21, I believe your NOA1 notice date will fall in JULY. :) List updated to reflect your data.
