I am a July filer too !!!!!!!!!

AOS-EAD was recieved in chicago on 07/16/2007 and got my first NOA for me and my daughter in the mail today !!!

I am so excited and nervous !!!

The mail must be slow, my check was cashed the other day but haven't gotten our NOA for AOS yet. The date on the check was 07/17/07. I assume they will send the NOA the next day maybe? It takes a couple of days to Arkansas from Chicago.

We are in chicago and we have not received ours yet either.

Hi everyone!

I just found this forum and thought I should add my info as well.

June 27 Filed AOS/EAD

June 28 Received in Chicago

July 9 NOA 1

July 30 Biometric

Also, I got a touch today today on my I-130 and EAD, does anyone know what it could be?? (it's not about the biometric since I received the notice for that on Monday last week). There is no info about the touch, just the fact that it was updated today July 20.

A touch just mean that they touched your case. It can just be that it was moved from one shelf to the other... It doesn't really mean anything expect from making you feel that your file isn't getting dusty in a forgotten room ;)
