Hi Nanusia, congrats.

Can you tell me the notice date on your NOA1 for the AOS? I don't think the NOA1 date is actually 7/20/07. That's the date you received your NOA1s. :)

The mail must be slow, my check was cashed the other day but haven't gotten our NOA for AOS yet. The date on the check was 07/17/07. I assume they will send the NOA the next day maybe? It takes a couple of days to Arkansas from Chicago.

If you have a tracking number use that. I sent ours express mail usps. the last two activities listed were something to the effect of "drop off at distribution center" then "delivered to pick up point." The status stayed like that for about a week, then I got an pdf e-mail from USPS (I had selected e-mail notifcation with track & confirm on the website)...it had some message about "could not confirm delivery". Then 2 or 3 days later, my checks cleared so, I know it made it there. Just thought I'd let you know you might get some "undeliverable message". Don't worry. : )

how will i know if they already received our package? there's no confirmation yet. tnx

We got our NOA1 for all 3 (I-485, I-765, and I-131) :dance: Now lets correct my husbands name to Lukasz... because he's going to be asking who I'm applying immigration papers for. :lol:

Can you tell me the notice date on your NOA1 for the AOS? I don't think the NOA1 date is actually 7/20/07. That's the date you received your NOA1s. :)

The notice date is 7-18... and I got it today. I guess I was so excited I entered the wrong date. Sorry :)
