WOO HOOOOO I RECEIVED MY NOA1 :) :) :)

SOOO HAPPY ...WELL I'M FINALLY ABLE TO SEND MY I-129

Congrats everyone on their NOA-1's :thumbs:

2003 Met my husband while going to school in U.S.

2005 Moved back to Canada :(

2005-2007 Many visits back to the U.S.

July 20, 2007 Married!

July 27, 2007 Sent off I-130 package

August 6, 2007 Confirmation service center received package via online tracking

September 6, 2007 NOA-1 Receipt date

September 10, 2007 Received NOA-1 in mail

Case pending at CSC

March 6, 2008 Touch

March 7, 2008 Touch

March 9, 2008 Touch

March 11, 2008 1-130 Approved

September 11, 2007 Sent off I-129f package

September 17, 2007 Confirmation service center received package

Just wondering how all the August filers are doing? :) Haven't heard from anyone in a while.

2003 Met my husband while going to school in U.S.

2005 Moved back to Canada :(

2005-2007 Many visits back to the U.S.

I am still waiting for my I-130 NOA1 :). Its been over 90 days since USCIS received it!!!

I am so sorry to hear that. That is crazy!! So you're STILL waiting to file your I-129f? Has your check been cashed or anything or are you completely in the dark?

We've been very lucky then from what I'm reading here. We recieved our NOA-1 from California, sent off our I-129 package and recieved our NOA-1 on that just two weeks later.

Sorry for all those that are still waiting. It will be worth it when we get there.

hi august filers! how is everyone doing?? we have received our NOA1 from 130 last september... and we have sent the I129f october and received NOA1 just after 6 days... isnt that amazing... we are hopeful that everything will turn out faster than we thought... crossing our fingers on this one!!

August 2007 - filed I130

September 2007 - filed I129F

April 24, 2008 - interview and VISA APPROVED!

May 02, 2008 - visa in hand, had the CFO stamping done at once, bought ticket online...

May 03, 2008 - flew to US to be with stinky love...

July 22, 2008 - Sent AOS Package to CHICAGO Lockbox

July 24, 2008 - received package

July 29, 2008 - NOA for AOS and EAD

Aug 01, 2008 - Touched....

Oct 01, 2008 - Received EAD

still waiting on AOS

It is CRAZY!!! I sent in my I-129F though. I sent it with a copy with mail reciept and copy of I-130 itself. They waived the fee and sent me NOA1 for I129F. VSC is really slow.

Hi sunshine18, check has not been cashed yet. I called USCIS they said I have to wait 15 weeks. I guess I will call them again in two weeks. Most VJers who sent in I130 to VSC after 7/31 been waiting for their NOA1s. I am usually very patient with this kinda stuff but I am starting to get impatient. No NOA1 even after 100 days can really test your patience. Anyhow, I hope I hear from them soon. Thanks though.

To answer your question, she sent in the I-129f without the NOA1 for the I-130. Look under my postings under my user name or under the thread that says something like "Sending in I-129f without receipt notice from I-130." 3 people so far have used this, 4 including myself, and it has worked every time.

Timeline estimated adjudication on March 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-130 was approved in 258 days.

09/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet sent to CSC

10/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet received

12/oct/2007 - NOA1 receipt date

20/oct/2007 - NOA1 received

23/apr/2008 - APPROVED

Timeline estimated adjudication on April 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-129f was approved in 197 days.

NVC

08/may/2008 - replied to my e-mail sent on april 30, saying that our petition has been sent to the consulate.

Consulate

20/JUN/2008 - Interview - APPROVED!!!

AOS

18/mar/2009 - Packet delivered

24/mar/2009 - NOA for AOS and EAD date

25/mar/2009 - Check cashed

15/apr/2009 - Biometrics done

22/may/2009 - EAD approved
