I received my NOA1 for I-130 today. However, I am not able to check the status online with the receipt number provided.

Ales,

what is the issue date on your receipt?

Hi,

my date of receipt is August 10th, 2007. And notice date is Dec.21. I was also told by the USCIS today to give it 24-48 hours to get the system updated and check the status online.

Take care,

Now should we start worring about the NOA2 or K-3 NOA2? :))))

lol jimi.........the website correct, oh hun, dont we all wish :innocent: - processing times I would have to say at this point....NO......I mean at least we finally got an NOA1 but not into the system yet , but for NOA1 to be entered and tracked on USCIS website, that has not been updated for any numbers since the 21st of December, but they did say this , that give them about 3-4 weeks to handle that little glitch. Sure why not, whats another month. :crying:

I am just praying for the rest of you to get into the system so that when we do have some issues we can actually say Yes I have a number here it is mates!

Hold on and I have a feeling this journey is going to be long, so we might as well get use to each other lol

I got a great belated Christmas gift. I wasn't in the country when the NOA1 was mailed out to us. I just happened to look online at my bank account (I was visiting hubby in the UK) and noticed the check had FINALLY beed cashed. Our receipt is dated 8/29 and hopefully that means it won't be to long until he gets his ####### here.

YAY!!! About time August got some good news.

I didn't fill out an I-129F, is there any point in going that route now?
