Hello everybody,

I am in the same boat with you guys here. No receipt, not a word. Trying to follow up this site but it is really hard for me to do that at work. I am afraid that this waiting and thinking about the whole mess is going to effect my job perfomance, just can't help it and I am very angry. Good that I am off to Istanbul this weekend to be with my wife. Actually this year alone I went to Turkey like 10 times, good that she is working for airlines as a flight attendant so the tickets are more affordable :) Himmm I wonder what happens if she starts flying to US? She is not going to be allowed to enter the US?? Anyway, she was going to resign because we tought we would be coming to US together after the wedding. I blame myself for not looking into this before we got married. But I never thought about the fact that me being USC and not be able to come to US with my wife. It is too late for thinking about the past. It is important what I can do from now on... I read your topics here and I support each one of you and I understand that what everybody is going through.

Safe Journey my friend and enjoy every moment............We are both feeling the same thing as many are......had I known about immigration 101 or this site, things could have been slightly different but was so clueless and now we must just move forward with our energy in hoping it sorts things out. Could help but get so down last night when I read some post with the following:

My I-129f was send on blah blah date (early December) and check cashed in one day , two days whatever, numerous posts on this issue. I was taken back by the speed of these applications going through data processing. What happened to the bulletin from USCIS that N400's were being processed and Work Permits before all others. Did they decided that couple who are not married are also a part of those two issues? Struggling to analyze this issue and not finding answers.

WHAT ABOUT MARRIED COUPLES - WHEN ARE THESE PEOPLE GOING TO WAKE UP - Fellow VJ called USCIS yesterday and was told this about the situation but as we all know, USCIS is so full of bs but made me just spit my coffee out - The IO said "Well I just dont know why they are being processed before others, as our policy is FIFO according to application type - ok fine, then where is my I-129F NOA1 =- sick sick sick sick.............

Sorry to rehash this issue, but soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo dismayed....should just refile the I-129f by itself and just say everything else is lost in space.

Oh well, Happy Holidays and hopefully you come back to some good news or any news would be good at this point.

Cheers

I called today too,I try to call every other day.same here from texas to calif. to chicago, and i asked this officer who was extremely nasty,i was blown away by how nasty he was, anyway,i asked him and what date is chicago on with the I-130...since the USCIS great website...does not say what date there on.Didn't they promise they would keep us informed on this matter. The officer was clueless. No Answers...only said almost screaming at me..to be patient

DAMN IT i am trying to be patient over 90 days already of patience, and still i am not in the system......the best thing is for everyone to be persistant and keep calling them asking them "where is my NOA" .Soon they will get the message and say...."get these peoples petitions in the system" if we keep silent, they will take their sweet little ol' time.

I here ya! I have only called like a total of 3 times in 90 days because everytime I speak with them... they have no flippin clue whats going on. Its frustrating and I still dont understand why it is in Chicago. And whats a Chicago lockbox or whatever? They lock the files for 90 days more and then decide they want to send them back to california so california can send it back to them. Its like hot potatoe! The lady I spoke to wasnt rude at all atleast. She probably sensed my frustration. Man I had a chance to see my hubby 10 days this summer...get married and take off and before that it had been 7 months since I hadnt seen him. Its like out of 365 days a year I get to see him 10 days a year, visitors visa is impossible and everytime I visit India I end up getting very i'll so I decided not to go for the Holidays. I am a patient girl and very very calm but I waited my 90 days, im done now. ARGGG!

:clock: I guess its time to stalk them even if it wont make a diffrence. lol.

Same here. I have seen my wife like 15 days this year. Just finished our first anniversary without each other. I will never forget this  I don't mind going to india but coming back alone without her is terrible! Takes me and her forever to settle down and move on. I am hoping this time i visit her, she will accompany back with me here. Damn, that sounds like a dream anymore!!!

Guess xmas will be a bummer for alot of us, this is just pure plain sad shyte...and I am so teed off about it......again, they have time to process other applications except married peeps, I really dont care if someone wants to take this on to the battlefield, but it is plain as day and night - why cant they just give an answer from the frigging text book and if they dont have enough money to buy them or even print them, ffs, I will send it to them at this point.

OH yes, applications to the North Pole, well who knows at this point......we are in transit and probably will be until after xmas. But i did smile at that one. Maybe Santa can get his elfs to pack them up and drop em back off to USCIC in California or Vermont for us for xmas. Well that is if they can find the right address for the Chicago lockbox.

Merry Xmas anyways and yes I feel for all of you not just myself. Just mad angry and home from work and nada information from them, HO HO HO USCIS heres some visine for your eggnog.
