Here's what I sent in-note though, I have yet to be approved, but I did post this and everyone said it looked good.

1. Payment $325 plus $70 fingerprinting fee

2. I-485 – Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

4. Copy of Passport Biographical Page

5. Copy of K-1 Visa from Passport

6. Copy of valid I-94 (front and back)

7. Copy of I-797 Notice of Action

8. A copy of the intending immigrant's birth certificate

9. Copy of marriage certificate

10. Two passport-type photos

11. I-693A Vaccination Supplement

12. I-864 Affidavit of Support

a. Copy of last 3 years’ tax returns

b. Employment Letter
