change of address, really confused

Okay.

We have our NOA2 and petition is with the London Embassy. Now I, the US Citizen has moved. and I want to put my new address on all of his packet three stuff if i can, but i cant figure out where i need to change this address. he has to put the address in the US he'll be moving to. so obviously i should really change this so he can put it in Packet three.

i went on USCIS.gov and saw the AR-11 but that appears to be an address change for the alien not the petitioner. Any insight to this?? :help:

i can keep receiving mail at the old address also if its too much hassle.

and again on 3/24/08 ??

AP approved 3/19/08

AP document received 3/25/08

Touched 3/27/08

Called to check case status 12/15/08 were told we are still in processing time

RFE email notice 1/9/09

Medical appointment 1/31/09. husband loses RFE paper same day.

New RFE paper requested on 2/4/09.

New RFE paper received 2/28/09..gee good thing that RFE isnt due til beginning of April!!!!!!

Send RFE reply 3/3/08

EAD Approval was NOT updated online. We had an infopass meeting for 3/6 and then the EAD shows up in the mail on 3/5!!!! cancelled appointment,

all i have to say is #######.

After receiving the NOA2 letter it make no difference the US Citizens address, just put the new address on the forms sent out by the embassy as where you will stay once you arrive into the USA on the visa.

Nothing to change with USCIS.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Oh i Know this, what I mean is, he has to list the address where he is staying, which is my new address, so i wondered if USCIS needed to be aware of this change.

So I will just have him put the new address on the forms then. I have to send the I-134 to him, and that asks my address. I'll put the new one on that as well, i guess!

There is no requirement for the USC to report any address changes to the USCIS. You may choose to do this from time to time to ensure timely receipt of mailings (NOA's) from the USCIS, but since you currently have no active petition/application with the USCIS it is moot.

just tell youre fiance to use your new address whenever he is asked for one where he will stay. my finace moved too and i changed his address during my interview on thursday since the officer asked if there are any changes in my info.

someone said they sent a brief letter to the fiance for the interview in case it came up, explaining that there was a move. hm.

fwaguy, do you know where can I change it with USCIS when/if i decide to do so?
