Called CSC Today (april filer still waiting for noa2)

They told me on July 17 that my case was with an officer and good things were coming down the pipe. Then once I was told I was in background checks, then once I was told an officer had it but hadnt touched it yet then lastly I was told that my case didnt go to an officer until Aug 8,2007. I think it depends on the mood of the day what your told. My congressman is checking now.

Still pending, but at least I know we are not completely lost, who knew uncle sam worked on Sundays. (or at least his computers do)

Since you already gotten touched on your case, I am sure they are now processing your case, or maybe you are approved on the date that you saw the touched. My case is still pending on the website even though my fiance already received NOA 2 approval mail from USCIS, and stated they are forwarding our case to NVC for security check. I got touched on the date of 14th & 15th of Aug, and receipt notice stated our case is approved on the date of 14th of Aug. So hope you will receive NOA2 mail from them very soon, good luck.
