Welcome to VJ, Ramona!!!

You are not alone..... most of us here on VJ miss our family and friends back home. Hopefully, you will be able to go back and visit or maybe some of your friends or family will be able to come to the U.S. to visit.

I know my daughter took to moving to the U.S. much better than I did. My daughter has so many new friends and is busy with college. I have made only a small number of friends, but none of them are as close to me as my friends back in Canada. I miss my two adult sons that are back in Canada so much. Thankfully, we only live 3 1/2 hours away from my family and friends, so we get to visit fairly often.

Look forward to seeing your posts in the future.

Welcome too!

I am considered "new" here to, even though I've been on this site for over three years! I just never officially registered! until a few weeks ago.

This site is great! And the advise is very sound. It's nice to find so many of us with something extremely important in common! :)

I deal with my separation simply by remembering that good things come to those that wait and wait we do!

Keep yourselves!
