Hi guys!

I am new in this forum and like many other members searching here for answers.

We filed the I-129F on April/17/07, got the NOA1 on April/20 th and ever since didn't here anything from Vermont or from the NVC. Is that normal?

PS: Pls dont laugh at my mistakes, my english is not that good yet :blush:

I filed April 26th. We have our medical on monday. You need to call there and find out what is going on.

Hi there! On June 11 i received an eamil from NVC-Inquiry saying that our approved petition has been sent to the NVC. On Aug. 24th i called the SCV to find out about our case and the lady said that we will recieve "somthing" (what the hell is somethingß) this week but she can not tell me more about it because i am not the petitioner. Then my fiance called and they told him that they don't have any infomation about our case because it has been forwarded to the NVC. My fiance forgot to ask them when they have sent the case to the NVC and why we haven't received any Notice yet. So he called again and they told him that we are still withing the processing time so they don't have any information saying that our case has been approved :o . Now we still dont know what is going on with our case and if it has been approved or not. All this calling the SC just got me totaly confused.

I called the NVC and they said that they can not help me without a case# and the only case # i have is the one from the 1.NOA. I asked them about the email i received saying that my approval petition were with them and they said that tehy dont have any records about our case :help:

No one is able to give any useful info, i dont know what else i can do but wait and :angry:

I assumed that if your case reached NVC you always have the case number assigned to you, try to check the email again the case number is there I bet

11/21/12 - interview scheduled
11/28/12 - received interview letter
12/26/12 - INTERVIEW DAY at 2pm
12/31/12 - scheduled for oath ceremony
01/17/13 - OATH CEREMONY

6/23/16 - sent application

6/29/16 - NOA1

8/03/16 - NOA2

9/19/16 - NVC approved notice thru email

9/25/16 - AOS fee paid online

This is what the email says:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your inquiry indicates that the approved petition has been

forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC) for processing. The

NVC has not yet received this petition from CIS (Citizenship and

Immigration Services).
