Packet 4 was delivered this morning while i'm out with my daughter.

I got confused since I called the USEMbassy yesterday and request for a Packet 4 Pick-up in St. Lukes. The girl on the other line told me that it will be in St. Lukes today, so ready for pick-up on Monday. :unsure:

Anyway, at least i have it now. :thumbs:

I just post this incident, so your guys will be aware that things like this happens.

You can never expect 100% synchronization of facts with the Embassy Call Center and the reality.

Packet 4 was delivered this morning while i'm out with my daughter.

I got confused since I called the USEMbassy yesterday and request for a Packet 4 Pick-up in St. Lukes. The girl on the other line told me that it will be in St. Lukes today, so ready for pick-up on Monday. :unsure:

Nothing to be confused about... Even if you got your Packet 4 at St. Lukes (personally pick up), you will still get the Packet 4 intended for you that's mailed by the USE... :thumbs:

DHL (wwwExpress) will be the one who will deliver it... I had to pickup mine because they tried delivering it 3 times and I wasn't home during those times. You'll be lucky if they will call you beforehand informing about the delivery... I say if you're always not home but have someone who can receive it for you, why not make an Authorization Letter for whoever can accept your Packet just to make sure you won't miss it? Just my 0.02, for what its worth :thumbs::)

hi Riza,

its DHL who delivered my packet 4.

its really pretty amazing because i was not home this morning. I didnt even left an authorization letter, because im going to pick-up my Packet 4 in ST. Lukes. tHis is in reference of the phone call i had with USEMbassy last thurs.

anyway, if you want you can try calling USEmbassy to request a pick-up of Packet 4 in St. Lukes, if you're wondering about its delivery.

even though this kind of incident happened..still a lot of applicants who made a request had their Packets thru St. Lukes.

what makes me confused is their system - the USEMbassy. Because when i called the USE and the girl staff checked their system, she told me that they havent released yet our packet 4. They're still in the process of completion. So, i made a request to send it in St. Lukes than here in our home.

She agreed and even told me to go in St. Lukes by monday to pick -up the packet.

Then, all of a sudden the Packet 4 reached our home this morning..Meaning, this kind of incident shows that we really need to double check the informations we're getting from them.

i hope i made myself clear here :blush:

its because the girl you are talking with is the "call center operator" and they are only relying at the data on the computer, in your case maybe the data was not updated yet so thats what the girl told you.
