It's possible they've changed the numbering system since we had our petition approved last October. If it starts with three letters and then has trailing numbers, that's probably your case number. Was it stamped on the back of the check?

Yes,Al got the check and ,like he said, there is a same number..

When he called to uscis they stated that our NOA1 is on 20 of July

and that they are processing military petiton in a different way...

Maybe thats why we have some strange number that doesnt valid with

uscis website...

I thought the case numbers were now 2007 after the letters. Obviously I am dreaming that!

You must be dreaming of NVC (should stop that!) the NVC/Consulate numbers start with 3 letters then 2007 :)

Aaah that must be it! Thank you for helping me reclaim (some of) my sanity.

Thank you one and all for you prayers and support. I appreciate the wishes for good health and good luck.

Today, my lola had asked me about returning to korea. I had aid "NO," but she had stated

" work and make money,so I can feel free to buy me everything that I want like it was before" and " want to go back and feel korean air" and "Korea is better, because I have been there for a while,I know language and I won't lost there,I mean I know how to find a job, etc"

I love this woman and I am afraid that if I allow her to return to Korea, that I may loose her..

I do not know what to do...

You said " NO"????

What's up with that?

You are apart right now anyway, and she has said she would be happier waiting it out in Korea? What's the problem?

If you are that insecure, it doesn't matter which country she waits in now, does it?

Surely you want her to be as happy as possible while she waits for the US Govt to approve the petition? Plus, the bonus is that she would get a good job while waiting. It's a no brainer to me, unless of course there are bigger issues........

eta--Oh-I just read the rest of the thread-seemingly there are some other issues......

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

I'm lost and don't know what to think...

The petition number you wrote does not look right. Not ####### stirring here-but it doesn't.

I can't really reply without posting my own moral opinion and thoughts related to lying and fidelity, so I will leave it at that and not get myself banned.
