Somebody knows in case of requiring a RFE, how long a RFE arrives? Start counting when we filed the I-129F...

Thanks for all

malego77,

Are you asking how long it takes to get an RFE if one was going to be required?

The answer is - in most cases;

"About as long as it would take to get an approval if no RFE would have been required."

Hi Karin and otto, thanks for reply...

So, you said it is posible to get a RFE instead an approval when 90-120 days (the time for an approval) have been passed and there is not any approval yet?

Yes, it is certainly possible. Keep in mind, a majority of the time, 90-120 days (or whatever the processing times are at the time), the petition is not being looked at - it is waiting to be looked at. So, when it gets its review for approval, it either gets it, or not..

Hope this helps :thumbs:

No te preocupes!
