hi everyone ok, can anyone tell me what to do because my i-129f has left the NVC AND NOW IN VANCOVER, AND THEY HAVE SENT ME A LIST OF THING TO GET DOWN BUT MY I-130 IS APROVED AND AT THE NVC BUT MY DAUGHTER ON THE COMP IS NOT BUT THE USCIS OFFICE SAID ITS BEEN APROVED BUT NOT UPDATED. SO HOW DO I CANCEL OR SHOULD I CANCEL THE I-129F OR SHOULD I WAIT TILL MY DAUGHTER GETS TO THE NVC? ALSO CAN I GET A MEDICAL DONE WITH THE INFO FOR THE K3/K4 OR DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR DOCUMENTS OR FORM FROM NVC FOR THE I-130. BECAUSE THERE IS ONLY ONE DOCTOR THAT DO AMERICAN MEDICALS HERE.

SOME PLEAS HELP ME IM LOST :help:

There is no need to cancel the I-129F process. I would wait for the appropriate documents before attempting to do the medical exam.

Read the appropriate "Guide" for information on the NVC process.

You don't need to ever take ANY action to cancel the I-129F.

pushbrk is totally correct. Just don't send them the requested info for the K3 and nothing will happen with it. Just do the I-130 paperwork and ignore the K3 stuff.
