My mom decided to do something nice and wanted to take me and the kids to seaworld to get my mind off the visa stuff. BAD IDEA!! it was a wonderful thought, the kids had a blast, but i threaten to kill everyone i came in contact to!! People have gotten so retarded!!! I was there last when i was 8 years old, and people were rude then but OMG!! its bad enough hearing your own kids whining, my daughter "can i can i , please please" and my son trying to escape from the stroller, but to listen to everyone elses kids scream and cry and the parents yelling "SHUT THE F**K UP!!" (yes they used that exact word) all day long really gets to ya fast!! Then people walking too slow, and wont move, and oh my favorite, a family of 20 walking slow, then they all stop suddenly and ALL LINE IN A ROW to talk and you cant get by them, and when you say excuse me they give you a look like youve just set off a nuc in their a$$!!!

My deffintion of Disneyland and Seaworld = HELL!!!!!!

Seaworld and the people there stressed more than CSC ever will.

In all we had a wonderful time :)

Sorry you're so stressed!

I pretty much know how horrible it is to have a bunch of people around you being loud and annoying when you have more important things to think about (or stress about :blush: ). And yeah people are retarded...... :P

But your mom wanted to do something nice because she knows the hell you're going thought and I respect her for that! :thumbs:

But I'm glad you had a wonderful time!! :D

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

Sorry to hear that Tara, what a lovely thought from your Mom though :thumbs: I fully understand what you mean though, when you are stressed as we all are the last thing you want are screaming people and crowds!!

Oh my kids were deffinatly NOT angels hahaha like i said my daughter was a constant asking for stuff, and my son was fighting for his life to escape that stroller. Ofcorse my daughter didnt scream and cry like some of the kids her age i saw, and whats with putting your 10 and 11 yr old in strollers??? i saw so much of that, its insane, let them walk, theyve had years of practice and thats what God gave us legs for.

Nothing personal. It just seems to be a univeral law that it's always the 'other' kids that are bad. :)

i didnt take it personal :) i think i told my daughter to shut up a time or two, without the foul language though, and my son was driving me strait to a mental hospital.

My new definition of a family fun park is leave the family at home :lol:

i will never do that again until my son is old enough to actually go into the attraction stuff, and he can walk so hes not all cooped up in the stroller.

But being in public places with people taking all the times. And looking at you when you say sorry and barely want to get out of the way....
