I have a friend who will have her interview on the 13th of September and Medical on the 6th...she lives in Dipolog and as of now she didn't receive yet her packet 4 and shes so worried about it. My question is can she just download the forms thats needed for her interview or is it included if she will request a pick up of Appointment at Saint Lukes?

better to call USEmbassy & inform them that your friend hasnt receive her packet 4.

If her interview is on Sept 13..i think the packet 4 has already left the USEMbassy.

for instance in my case, my interview will be on Oct 3, when i called the embassy this afternoon to check if they already send my packet 4, the girl on the phone told me that they havent released it yet. but it will definitely be send before end of this month. So, i made a request to pick it up in St. Lukes.

She told me that it will be send tomorrow in St. Lukes & i can claim it on Monday.

as far as i know, the way to request USEmbassy is by phone..this is based on what ive read so far from posts..if she can't get thru with the Office, she can have he call center number.. Contacting Immigration

In the interim, you may go to the Manila Embassy website (the links are at the bottom of the page) and download the forms and complete them electronically [CLICK HERE]. The Packet 4 instructions are also available, but keep in mind that page 1, number 1 entitled "Proof of Payment" incorrectly states that the DS-156 (Nonimmigrant Visa Application) is validated by the banks. The pdf file for the Packet 4 link in Section 4.3 of the Manila Embassy K1 Visa Guide is modified to CORRECTLY read that the DS-157 (Supplemental Nonimmigrant Application) is the form validated by the bank upon paying the visa application fee. I have contacted the USE about this error, but nothing has been changed thusfar.

For me, my interview will be sept. 27 and oct. 4 for interivew they said they already mailed the pocket last aug. 10 until now not yet arrive and i called yesterday and they gave me a date until sept 7 if i cannot have it i need to go to St. Luke earlier than sept 27 and the date they gave to me is sept. 19 or 20 so that after my medical i can get my pocketi n the embassy and go to gate 2.

So i think your friend really need to call the hotline number 19091017878 and tell about her case so that she will know what to do.
