AOS Cover Letter, How many did you submit?

Hey, I'm filling my I-485 and I-130, should I just have one cover letter that list everything in my package, or should I have a cover letter for each form?

I had one cover letter for all my forms, but it really doesn't matter. It's not a requirement to make cover letters.

I agree with Anastasia, although we did a cover letter as well. We also just used one to list everything, in order, that was included in the package. We then paperclipped the groups of things together...for example, my affidavit, my mom/dads affidavit,etc etc. None of this is a requirement however, it just makes it neater and easier for them to find things. I used a cover letter for each form and then an overall cover letter. If nothing else it helped as one final checklist that I had everything.

I used a cover letter for the I-485/I-131/I-765/I-693 package; and then another for the I-130; and a final one for the whole lot. They listed the contents and basically reiterated my identity, the purpose of the form, and all fees paid.

It helped me having a copy too.
