Everyone is correct. We're from Wisconsin and we went thru Nebraska. Hope it's faster now! ;) Anyway, you won't deal with Milwaukee unless you choose to get biometrics done there later(for AOS way down the road in your case) and also for the AOS interview. Best wishes! :) M.

PS..we found Milwaukee to be really nice as far as the officers went.. :)

There's a section of this site specifically about the various service centers. Breeze by and do some reading, or look at the processing timelines and immigration timelines at the top of the page.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

anyone used the milwaukee service centre for their K-1 visa applications? any idea on how fast it is or how it compares to others? any ideas on the quickest centre to use if from wisconsin?

Hi! I read this "Fact Sheet" http://uscis.gov/graphics/publicaffairs/fa...1_24Mar06FS.pdf which indicates that All I-129 applications after April 1 (today's the 6th) are now sent to Vermont. From Vermont, they are redistributed between Vermont & California. It doesn't seem to indicate what criteria are used to determine where they're routed, although it says they'll give you a notice indicating where it ends up. No mention of NSC with regards to I-129s (that I noticed).

If this is true, maybe VJ should be updated for this new info? If it's wrong, forgive me, I know nothing

This is for I-129 only not the I-129F which is a different form, sorry but you got your forms confused.

That change has confused a lot of people. It only pertains to I-129's and I-140's.

CSC and VSC will handle all the I-129s (Petition for Non-Immigrant Workers)

TSC and NSC will handle all the I-140's (Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker)

Please read the whole fact sheet here: Filing Changes for Employers
