This is what I like seeing.

Come on May Filers.....sooner you get cleared the sooner june does and then it'll be my time with my fellow July-ers! Hurry up and get approved and get out my way.......all meant in the nicest way possible of course.

01/11/2008 - medical (allergic to tetanus shot, requirement waived)

02/05/2008 - interview @ 10am - APPROVED!!!!!!

08/02/2008 - Delivered

09/09/2008 - Biometrics at 1pm, Omaha

09/26/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC

09/29/2008 - AOS touched (took out envelope at CSC and put in new pile)

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

10/06/2008 - AOS touched AGAIN!!! (surely it's an RFE)

10/15/2008 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!YEY!!!

10/27/2008 - EAD IN HAND

01/12/2009 - AOS touched

Conratulations!!!!!

April 17 - Mail K-1 to CSC

April 19 - Date received on return receipt from post office

May 17 - Package received by CSC

May 18 - Mystery NOA1 sent [or not sent] to me in another dimension

May 21 - $$$ check cashed

*no notice ever arrives.. I eventually figure out how to log onto the gov't website to find out the info and dates i listed above.

Aug 03 - I call USCIS for info, they can only confirm what website says

Aug 10 - Had appt.w/ an Immigration Officer...they deny ever sending any notice at all. Status shows "received" on my account - nothing more.

Just called USCIS using the RFE trick and OH...MY...GOSH! We were approved on August 18th!!! I was shaking so much I nearly dropped the phone! I can't believe it. My status online says pending so I made her repeat it to me twice that YES, we were actually approved. :dance::dance::dance: I am SO happy this is the best day ever! And I can't get a hold of my fiance where the heck is he????

Thank you all so much for your good thoughts and prayers I would NOT have made it through the first part of this visa journey without you guys!

NOW - who is up next? Come on VSC and CSC I want my friends to get some phone dropping GREAT news too!

August 22, 2007 - called USCIS and found out we were APPROVED on August 18, 2007

August 22, 2007 - received email from CRIS, late afternoon, saying we were approved

September 10, 2007 - NVC RECEIVED! YAY!

September 12, 2007 - Left NVC on it's way to Dublin! WAHOOOO!

September 28, 2007 - Packet 3 Received

November 1, 2007 - Medical

November 8, 2007 - Packet 3 Sent to Embassy

December 7, 2007 INTERVIEW!!!

Just had to throw in my Congrats Too!! Now if they would start working a little faster..... lol

5/13 - sent K-1 packet to Nebraska

5/18 - forwarded to California

No NOA1 - [remember the printing problems of NOA1's??] -check cashed and last updated 5/23

10/11 - called using the RFE trick. According to Rep, just now assigned

10/11 updated online - at least finally something lol

10/17 - Got a Touch !!!! YEA !!! Maybe they are working on it now!

10/17 - NOA2

11/13 - Received at NVC

11/21 - Left NVC by DHL to Jakarta Indonesia

11/26 - Signed for at the Consulate [used the packet check at DHL.com - thanx to those that posted it]

12/5 - officially received and notified by email that papers are at the Consulate in Jakarta

12/5 - packet#3 also received by email the instructions [for medical & document review] - getting very close now after 7 months!!
