I assume you have your case number so call this number: (632) 528-6300 Once you get into the system select the option for knowing the extension you want. Once it asks you for the extension use 5184 or 5185. It the number is busy just re-enter the extension again. I would normally call at about 8:00am Manila time and get right through. The lady at 5184 was so very helpful to us when we had the document translation issue. Good luck
