Hi all,

I was checking the USCIS processing dates website and they have them "updated" today. Quick question, why are some application types highlighted in green, while others are in yellow/beige? Thanks.

Also, CSC is processing I129F's from Feb 13. Does that mean handing out NOA2's to applications w/ an NOA1 date of Feb13? Thanks again.

Yadda yadda yadda......same old rubbish. Their dates are soooo off. But thank you for posting this. They just alternate the colors so you know where the next visa type begins. it means absolutely nothing at all. Just for easier scanning.

22 Jun 05 - We met in a tiny bar in Williamsburg, Va. (spent all summer together)

27 May 06 - Sasha comes back for a 2nd glorious summer (spent 8 months apart)

01 Jan 07 - Jason travels to Moscow for 2 weeks with Sasha

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

14 July 07 - I-129F and all related documents sent to VSC

16 July 07 - I-129F delivered to VSC and signed for by P. Novak

20 July 07 - NOA1 issued / receipt number assigned

27 Sep 07 - Jason travels to Moscow to be with Sasha for 2 weeks

28 Nov 07 - NOA2 issued...TOUCHED!...then...APPROVED!!!

01 Dec 07 - NVC receives/assigns case #

04 Dec 07 - NVC sends case to U.S. Embassy Moscow

26 Dec 07 - Jason visits Sasha in Russia for the 4th and final time of 2007 :)

22 Feb 08 - Moscow Interview! (APPROVED!!!)..Yay!

24 Mar 08 - Sasha and Jason reunite in the U.S. :)

31 May 08 - Married

29 Dec 08- Alexander is born

11 Jan 10 - AOS / AP / EAD package sent

19 Jan 10 - AOS NOA1 / AP NOA1 / EAD NOA1

08 Feb 10 - AOS case transferred to CSC

16 Mar 10 - AP received

16 Mar 10 - AOS approved

19 Mar 10 - EAD received

22 Mar 10 - GC received

I agree with Jason-Sasha.

I posted this earlier today, in another thread on the same subject:

You'll have a better of idea of who might be getting their approval next if you check the VJ timelines . The USCIS processing times are way behind of what's really going on... according to the CSC website in August 16, they were working in February cases??!!! :wacko: their info. isn't really updated.

Some april filers and may filers are being approved at this moment, so they're definitely not working in February cases only.

APPLIED FOR NATURALIZATION 07/2021

08.01.2011 - I-751 SENT

08.05.2011 - Check cashed

08.08.2011- NOA Received

08.19.2011 - Biometrics Letter Received

09.12.2011 - Biometrics Appointment

01.27.2012 - Card production ordered

02.01.2012 - 10 year GC Received

07.25.2021 - N400 filed online

08.09.2021- Biometrics re-use notice

04.18.2022- Interview done at Minneapolis USCIS Local Office   ✔️ Received N-652 "Congratulations your application has been recommended for approval" during the interview.

05.19.2022- Oath Ceremony in MN

Well the Febuary petions are the oldest cases they I working on not the "newest",thats what it basicly means on their site

I recieved the NOA1 for K-3 in 8/15/2007 and they have updated the date 2 times (in 08/16/2007 and 08/21/2007) since that.

Are you talking about your personal timeline's projected date? That would make sense. It will continue to change constantly.

The estimated NOA2 date is based on historic timeline data. As people fill in their timelines the date will change and with approvals being a bit thin on the ground lately the date keeps getting pushed back :(

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment
