hi, everyone. we're not sure if anybody has ever questioned about this but we couldn't find the answer by reading other postings. so here we are...

the AOS guide says that we need "copy of the non US Citizen Spouses Passport (biographical page as well as entry stamps)." we understand what the biographical page is, but not about the entry stamps. does it mean copy of all the entry stamps from the past, which is almost all the pages of the passport, or it's just the latest entry stamps that are on the passport and I-94?

anybody who has filed AOS or is working on it now, please let us know what you did.

thanks.

I took it to mean the initial entry on the K3 visa. That would correspond to the date on the I-94. Cheryl's AOS case is still pending, so I can't tell you that's the correct interpretation. I really don't think it's necessary, but to be safe you could send all the pages.
